Aledade Named Best Small & Medium Workplace and Best Workplace for Millennials by FORTUNE

Bethesda, Md. – August 11, 2021 — Today, Aledade announced the company’s inclusion in the FORTUNE 2021 Best Small & Medium Workplaces and 2021 Best Workplaces for Millennials lists. Aledade ranked No. 11 and No. 10 respectively. FORTUNE awards are based on an analysis of survey responses from more than 5.3 million employees at Great Place to Work-certified organizations. In that survey, 96 percent of Aledade’s employees said the company is a great place to work, compared to 59 percent reported by the average U.S. company. Winners were selected using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback, which assessed employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, and more.
