Bethesda, Md. and Hartford, Conn. – April 27, 2021 — Aledade and Aetna®, a CVS Health® company, today announced a new initiative to expand physician-led, value-based care across Louisiana. This new agreement will help participating physicians in Aledade’s Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) deliver high-quality, coordinated care to patients covered by Aetna Medicare Advantage plans.
